What does insurance cover?
Cancellation and interruption of stay insurance reimburses you either for the cost of cancellation, or for the cost of interruption of stay in the event of premature return.

Snow insurance includes assistance cover against accidents and rescue costs during your stay, snow cover against lack or excess of snow, cover against theft or breakage of ski equipment, and third-party liability cover.

In the event of cancellation:
For Thalassotherapy services, lift passes, ski equipment rental and ski lessons, any cancellation or modification made less than 15 days before the date of stay will not be accepted. No refunds will be made unless you have taken out snow insurance and cancelled these services at least 15 days before departure.

My stay
What are the conditions of stay?
- In all our establishments and whatever the service chosen, accommodation is available from 5:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
As an exception, campsite rentals are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 am on the day of departure. Similarly, for stays in hotels, accommodation is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Please note that if the accommodation is vacated after these times on the day of departure, it will be deemed to be occupied and the customer will be charged a supplement at the full rate. - All our establishments are non-smoking.
- Animals are not allowed in our establishments, with the exception of dogs and cats or any other contractual exemption. Category 1 and 2 dogs such as Pitbulls, Rottweilers and Tosa are not accepted. We accept only one pet per accommodation.

Where can I find all the practical information about my vacation village or residence?
You’ll find all the information you need about your Holiday Village or Holiday Residence by downloading its description from your Personal Area, My Stays tab, or in your holiday confirmation email.
What's the composition of the homes?
For establishments offering catering services, Azureva allocates accommodation according to the composition of your family: one- or multi-room accommodation, with child safety features and, for some, the possibility of adding a cot; accommodation for people with reduced mobility.
For rental residences, you choose your accommodation, its size and services at the time of booking.
Can I bring my pet with me during my stay?
Dogs and cats are allowed on our premises under certain conditions. Click here to find out more about welcoming pets.
What do you offer for kids' and teens' clubs?
Clubs designed for children of all ages! During the school vacations and for establishments with the family label, free activities for children, and for teenagers: gathering points under the name “Le Spot”, all in a safe environment for parents.
All activities are age-appropriate, designed and supervised by qualified entertainers.

When you log on for the first time, or if you have never given your e-mail address to our Vacation Advisors and you received your access codes (login and password) in the letter accompanying our catalog or on your holiday confirmation, simply enter them in the section entitled “My Personal Area”.
All you have to do is enter them in the section entitled“My Personal Area” CUSTOMER ID and PASSWORD, located at the top right-hand corner of every page on the website.
A window will prompt you to enter your e-mail address.
You can make changes to the personal details relating to your account (contact details, holiday preferences, family members, etc.) in the “My profile” section.

If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on “Forgotten password” and following the instructions.
In the “My Stays” tab, you will find the history of your past bookings, and a summary of your current bookings (documents to download, details of activities, balance to pay, options and services to add, etc.)
The “My Advantages” tab offers you price reductions, promotions, loyalty points, etc.
Your favorite Villages and Holiday Residences will be saved in the “My Favourites” tab.
