Hôtel Les Bateliers: charming inn in the Gorges du Tarn

La Malène is a beautiful village in the Lozère department of southern France. Our 2-star hotel is close to the Gorges du Tarn. At Azureva, we wanted a hotel that looked like a charming little inn, turned towards nature. Our establishment welcomes travelers in comfortable rooms. Our accommodation is in a prime location close to all the region’s activities.

The Gorges du Tarn, a traveller’s paradise

Our location is ideal for discovering the Cévennes National Park and its sublime Mont Lozère. One of La Malène’s neighbors, Sainte-Enimie, is listed as one of France’s most beautiful villages. Perched on the banks of the River Tarn, we warmly invite you to visit Sainte-Enimie. This medieval town has many stories to tell on every trip, with its cobbled streets, stone houses and panoramic views over the Gorges. The streets are narrow and beautiful. The ancient Benedictine abbey recounts the legend of the princess.

Our hotel in the Gorges du Tarn has been designed as a comfortable stopover for travelers in the Cévennes region of France. It’s a 2-star establishment, with 32 friendly rooms. Each room at the inn is equipped with a private bathroom, TV and toiletries with an ecological touch for our guests. A ground-floor room is reserved for our guests with reduced mobility. Rooms are available as hotel or rental accommodation to meet the needs of all our travelers. Daily housekeeping, towels and free Wi-Fi are included. Our Azureva accommodation is designed to offer our guests a tailor-made experience.

The Fournols d’Auvergne vacation village offers a wide range of activities for the whole family. For the little ones, a children’s club offers fun and educational activities in contact with nature. Leave the kids at the kids’
club and take your turn exploring nature on an electric bike (bikes can be hired and booked at Azureva reception), perfect for admiring the panoramic views of the Puy-de-Dôme without getting exhausted. You’re on vacation!
